Predators raise regular season champions banner

Five Three Sports tries to avoid writing articles for topics like this one. But come on, this is too funny not to share to as many people as possible.

The Predators finished last season 53-18-11, giving them 117 points, landing them in first place of the Western Conference. Nashville would be eliminated by the Winnipeg Jets in the second round of the playoffs.

The Predators did not make it to the Stanley Cup, and the Vegas Golden Knights would be the Western Conference Champions.

But Nashville decided their regular season successes must be remember someway, so they raised a banner.

Michael Jordan once said, “it don’t mean a thing, without the ring,” but his words didn’t seem to echo all the way to Nashville.
